A huge open-plan kitchen-diner-living area dominates the upper ground floor, with wall-to-wall glass sliding doors overlooking the white sand of Carbis Bay beach and the blue Atlantic of St Ives Bay.
Upper Ground Floor:
Large entrance hall with access to bedroom 3, utility room, illuminated staircase to lower-ground floor and access to main living/kitchen space. A balcony extends across the entire front of the villa.
Bedroom 3: Super King size (zip & link) bed. Can be arranged as two singles. Beside units with wall mounted down-lighters above. Two chests of drawers. Low level clothes hanger. DAB radio and electric fan. South facing window and door to outside.

There is currently building work for a new development of 8 dwellings being carried out behind the parking area at Sandsifters, this does not obstruct the sea views. This work is due to be completed mid 2023
What a fantastic property and location. The accommodation left us wanting for nothing. It was fully equipped, and was really well presented. The views over the bay were amazing, and we saw seals and dolphins from the living room and balcony. The property was a little more than a 30 minute walk to St Ives, and the eating places that we visited were fantastic. (And all were within walking distance). We will definitely be returning to Carbis Bay, in the future, and will be contacting Claire to arrange it for us.
