Kittiwake is a recently refurbished, contemporary reverse level home, situated in a fantastic location just a short stroll to one of St Ives most popular beaches, Porthmeor.

This is the perfect base to walk to town and explore, with on-site parking you have the option to easily venture beyond. This beautifully finished family home is located in the heart of St Ives, with easy access to the Barbara Hepworth museum and the Tate gallery.

To the front of Kittiwake is a delightful outdoor seating area, featuring built-in bench-style seating and a wooden dining table. Original granite steps lead down to the parking space, just below the house.
