The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and just as shown in pictures. Brilliant location with amazing views of the sea. The Cottage Boutique were very prompt in there responses and very helpful! Would highly recommend visiting this property.

Our stay in St. Ives was great. We were there with 9 people and felt very comfortable. If you are only traveling with adults, then the house is more suitable for a maximum of 7 people, but with children it is also good for nine. The furnishings and cleanliness leave nothing to be desired. The town is a very easy 5-minute walk away.

A fabulous property with spectacular views over St Ives to the sea.

This house was the most amazing stay we have ever had!! The house was so beautiful, cosy, clean and extremely well equipped. We were two families and we had everything we needed and more to make dinners at home. And the view from the house and from the dining place was astonishing!!! And St Ives is such a pretty little town with three amazing beaches. Our favourite beach was Porthmeor beach behind the house where the children (8, 9 and 10 years old) loved jumping in the waves and building sand castles. We (the adults) also enjoyed all the art galleries close to the beach and the house. I can understand why so many artist come here - the light here is amazing.

The property was beautiful and within walking distance of all the local shops and beaches in St ives. On arrival the host had left us a couple of treats from local businesses which was a lovely touch. Great place for a family getaway.
