Trendreath is an historic period home in the gorgeous village of Lelant, just outside of St Ives. The owners have created a truly sumptuous property with fine original features balanced with tasteful and chic modernisation.
From the moment you enter the front door with its flagstone floor and period wall paneling, you are aware of the great care and detail that has been lavished onto this house.

A wonderful stay in a truly wonderful Cornish house. The house is as good as the photos, if not better! A great location to get out and explore and see the local area (Lands End, Penzance, Mousehole, Ludgvan, Portreath Beach, Gwithian Beach and of course the beautiful St Ives) to name a few places we went too during our stay.
The house is a great location to relax and unwind, plus can be used as a base, with easily accessible road links, rail links (St Erth, Lelant), or just for walking. The South West Coastal path is just a few minutes away, and is amazing with stunning and breath taking views through Porthkidney beach, Carbis Bay and all the way to St Ives. There is a a good selection of local restaurants, pubs, farm shops in Hayle and Birdies Bistro was fab!
The house is a great location to relax and unwind, plus can be used as a base, with easily accessible road links, rail links (St Erth, Lelant), or just for walking. The South West Coastal path is just a few minutes away, and is amazing with stunning and breath taking views through Porthkidney beach, Carbis Bay and all the way to St Ives. We have loved our stay at Trendreath, the place is fabulously stylish. We enjoyed eating out at The Old Forge which is only a 5 minute walk from the house.

Beautiful boutique property, suitable for everyone! We have had a lovely stay. Local pub is fantastic, to be able to walk to the train station and go to all the beaches in the area and st Ives is was fantastic too.
