Comprising of two bedrooms and one family bathroom, spacious kitchen/dining room and separate living room with wood burner, this cottage offers flexible and stylish accommodation.

This is the 7th time we have stayed here. It is so lovely, always clean and tidy with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Hopefully we will be back again next year.

We stayed at Chy Brea in St Ives this week for birthday and anniversary celebrations. What a beautiful, well equipped cottage in a great location. The welcome pack was such a lovely touch and so thoughtful. We wanted for nothing in the cottage which was spotlessly clean, warm , welcoming and comfortable. The attention to detail was amazing and the wood burner in the lounge warm and cosy after days out. Location wise , the cottage was just a short walk into St Ives and the parking space an added bonus . This is our first time using Cottage Boutique and we will definitely use again. We look forward to coming to Chy Brea again , thank you for a wonderful stay

Chy Brea is in the centre of St Ives but away from the hustle and bustle. The added parking spot in the nearby garage is also a bonus. The cottage is immaculate with a incredibly well stocked kitchen . The bedding and towels are high quality and the super king size bed is so comfortable. The welcome gift was generous and a fabulous idea . I cannot wait to go back

We stayed in Chy Brea last week (24/10/20) and I wanted to say how much we enjoyed our trip and the property.
The location was perfect for us and our two small children and the added bonus of parking was amazing, especially given the central location.
The property was so homely and comfortable and is beautifully decorated, my three year old actually cried when we left and has been asking about our house with the blue door ever since!
We will definitely book through Cottage boutique again.

We've been coming to St Ives for years and this is one of the best cottages we've stayed in. The location is perfect for a family with young children. New Year's Eve celebrations were fantastic (albeit a little noisy!) and we had a great time. Looking forward to next New Year! Thank you.

Our third year here and both St Ives and Chy Brea delighted us as ever.... Knitting and rum, reading and St Austell Stout were the core of our quiet escape. Sunday Roast at the Queens remains tops and the steak in The Firehouse is to die for. We'll undoubtedly come back.
