7 Rose Lane is a quaint four storey cottage situated down a secluded cobbled lane, in the centre of town and only a short walk to Porthmeor beach. The tasteful interior gives great comfort and warmth, retaining character features of a typical St Ives cottage including a delightful woodburner in the lounge. You are only moments away from St Ives Harbour and the popular Fore Street filled with shops, eateries and galleries.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in St. Ives. The location is unbeatable, with beaches, restaurants, shops, and galleries all within walking distance. After a sunny day on the beach, it was lovely to return to the cottage before heading out to enjoy an evening meal (highly recommend Talay Thai). Everything we needed was right there.

Fantastic property, immaculate and a perfect place to stay for a St. Ives holiday. The property was clean, comfy and everything we wanted in a holiday home and beyond. Just a couple of minutes of walking in either direction to the harbour or Porthmeor beach, the location was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked with every item that you would ever need to make a meal. The property is equipped with an Aga which was a new experience for us but we loved learning how to use it and cooked several great meals during our stay. No issues with the bedrooms, all of the beds were comfortable. Having three bathrooms was a bonus. Overall, really glad to have stayed at this property and hope to stay again on our next trip to St. Ives.
