7 Rose Lane is a quaint four storey cottage situated down a secluded cobbled lane, in the centre of town and only a short walk to Porthmeor beach. The tasteful interior gives great comfort and warmth, retaining character features of a typical St Ives cottage including a delightful woodburner in the lounge. You are only moments away from St Ives Harbour and the popular Fore Street filled with shops, eateries and galleries.

A wonderful cosy cottage. We have enjoyed our winter break and loved spending evenings by the woodburner with a good book.

Stayed at 7 Rose Lane during June 2023. Fantastic property, immaculate and a perfect place to stay for a St. Ives holiday. The property was clean, comfy and everything we wanted in a holiday home and beyond. Just a couple of minutes of walking in either direction to the harbour or Porthmeor beach, the location was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked with every item that you would ever need to make a meal. The property is equipped with an Aga which was a new experience for us but we loved learning how to use it and cooked several great meals during our stay. No issues with the bedrooms, all of the beds were comfortable. Having three bathrooms was a bonus. Overall, really glad to have stayed at this property and hope to stay again on our next trip to St. Ives.

This was our first stay with The Cottage Boutique, it certainly won't be our last. The cottage is a real 'home from home'. We appreciated the lovely goodies on our arrival, especially the bottle of red wine.
