Set over two floors and midway between the harbour and Porthmeor beach, Skippers Loft has been thoughtfully refurbished throughout. The owners have ensured this super little property will provide a comfortable and happy place to spend a family holiday.
Comprising of two bedrooms, one bathroom, open-plan living/kitchen/dining area and located just across the lane from the Sloop Craft Market which leads you onto the harbour front. Enjoy freshly baked croissants from nearby Norway Stores whilst admiring the sea views from your bed.

2 seater sofa. Tub chair. Footstool/pouffe. Rope pouffe/footrest. Side table. Coffee table. Book shelf with books & DVDs. 32″ TV with built in DVD player. Folding dining table with seating for 4. Built in under-stairs cupboards with hanging space, board games and petite fridge freezer.
Original Cornish range (non operational). Integrated double oven. 4 burner gas hob. Washer/dryer. Microwave. 2 slice toaster. Kettle. Window seat.
Bedroom 1 (2nd floor)

Excellent stay at Skippers Loft, St Ives. The accommodation was well appointed, fantastic seaview from the bedroom a delight to wake up to. The accommodation was very light and airy with everything you could need. It was clean with luxury towels and the slipper bath was really relaxing with the setting sun streaming through the window. A fantastic place to escape from it all and only 3 mins from Portmeor beach. Definitely somewhere to return to. The Cottage Boutique were easy to deal with and all communication was good, I will use them again when booking in St Ives.

Skippers loft has a perfect location minutes walk from beaches and shops. This meant despite the unfortunate weather during our stay we were able to jump out the door and onto the beach as soon as it was dry to maximize every minute of sun! The bathroom was lovely and had a great bath and shower, and beautiful views from the bedrooms were a great surprise when we woke up! Also the welcome hamper was very generous and appreciated after a horrendous journey! Would definitely recommend :)

We had a lovely few days celebrating new year in our favourite place in the world, St Ives lived up to everything we had heard and it was made extra special with the beautiful accommodation. The extra touches with the Xmas decorations was gorgeous. The location of the loft was perfect and everywhere was easy to get to.
It was all made extra special as my daughter and her boyfriend got engaged 🥳💍

Lovely place, close to the seafront. 2 minute walk, and you are at the seafront. The bed was super comfy, and the bath was just lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We have had a fabulous holiday . We stayed in Skippers loft and this was perfect. Location was excellent , just 5 minutes from beach and harbour. We parked in Rugby Club and this was really handy too , with buses regularly. We were really comfortable in the cottage and it had everything we needed, even some bucket and spades for the children . We will definitely be back and will use The cottage Boutique again as the cottages are always so beautiful. We have stayed in Lamorna Cottage a couple of years ago which was also great . Thanks for making our holiday so memorable.

Skippers Loft is a beautiful property right in the heart of St Ives. Everything is just a stones throw away, stunning beaches, award winning restaurants and fantastic art. The next door neighbours are lovely too. The loft was ideal for our family of three, well equipped and thoughtfully decorated. A real home away from home. We appreciated the beach toys that had been left, and the books and games. It was very clean too. There are a lot of stairs and no stair gates so might not be suitable for toddlers, and the sash windows open from the bottom so need to keep an eye on the kids when they are open. Thank you Cottage Boutique for a fantastic, and much needed holiday.
