Snug (1st floor)

Large interconnecting doors from the sitting room lead to a separate snug area which can be closed to create a fourth bedroom. Two seater sofa bed (please request this be made up prior to arrival). Flat screen 32″ SMART TV with Wii and Xbox 360.

Kitchen (1st floor)

New handmade kitchen with quartz worktop and stainless steel basin. Fridge/freezer. Electric oven and induction hob. Coffee machine (uses ground coffee). 2 slice toaster. Microwave. Kettle. Integrated dishwasher. Dining table – extends to seat 8.

Bathroom (1st floor)

WC. Basin. Bath with shower and screen. Electric towel rail.

Utility Room (ground floor)

Washing machine. Tumble dryer.

Store Room (ground floor)

Coat hooks and plenty of room for shoes/boots, wetsuits and beach equipment.

Bedroom 1 (2nd Floor)

King bed. 2 bedside tables with lamps. Feature fireplace. Built-in wardrobe. Chest of drawers. TV. Armchair with reading light.

Shower Room (2nd floor)

WC. Basin. Large shower cubicle with mains pressure shower. Electric towel rail.

Bedroom 2 (2nd floor)

King bed. 2 bedside tables with lamps. Built-in cupboards with hanging space and shelf storage.

Bedroom 3 (2nd floor)

Twin beds. Bedside table with lamp. Under bed storage boxes. Bedside cabinet with chair.

Nearest public long stay car park is the Station Car park or the Island Car Park (approximately five minutes walk from the property).

Electric clay filled central heating throughout (thermostat controlled).

Non allergy duvets and pillows.

Bed Linen, Bath Towel and Hand Towel. Hairdryers in all bedrooms.  Ironing board and iron. Games, toys, puzzles, books and DVDs.
