Spa23

The Cottage Boutique team love a good spa experience, and have road-tested all of the best spas in and around St Ives, Carbis Bay and Lelant. Whether you opt for a full-blown spa day, a treatment or simply use of the facilities, there are some lovely options here for what we consider to be the ultimate form of relaxation and pampering.

So, once you’ve booked your accommodation, we suggest making a spa reservation at one of the following – go ahead and treat yourself while you’re here in Cornwall!

C Bay Spa

This luxurious spa in Carbis Bay is part of The Carbis Bay Hotel & Estate and offers a wide range of spa day packages and treatments. Access to the facilities, which feature a heated outdoor pool with an amazing view over Carbis Bay beach, a spa garden and a sauna cabin, is included with most of the treatments too. We particularly love their facials!

Our properties Cirrus, Wave Top and Sandsifter II are all within easy walking distance of this impressive spa on the Cornish coast.

The Spa at Una

Una St Ives is actually located on the inland side of Carbis Bay, where coast gives way to countryside. The Spa at Una, though not large, has all the facilities you need to enjoy a relaxing and indulgent spa day. There’s a gym if you fancy a pre chill-out work-out, and the treatment menu includes some gorgeous massages and facials (our top tip is to have it all with a Combination treatment) using Elemis products.

There’s a restaurant here which is great for a light lunch, or perhaps a glass of bubbles to complete your indulgent day at the spa!

HarSPA

The St Ives Harbour Hotel overlooking Porthminster Beach is home to HarSPA, which is handy for a swim and relaxing spa treatment within walking distance of all of our holiday properties in St Ives town.

There’s a small pool with stunning views, a jacuzzi and a steam room, plus a gym and a great balcony for lazing on after your treatment. HarSPA do spa day packages as well as some deeply nourishing body treatments to leave you feeling truly pampered.

Chapel House & Jubilee Pool

If you fancy a slightly more adventurous experience, head across to Penzance on the south coast. We highly recommend a swim in the geothermally heated section of the Jubilee Pool, where you’ll enjoy art deco surroundings and natural salt water heated to temperatures of 30-35˚C thanks to a geothermal well.

Afterwards, take a short walk to Chapel House, where therapist Rachel Lorente offers a range of thoughtfully designed treatments which she’ll adapt to your preferences, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, lighter emotionally and deeply relaxed. Book online here.
