Well what a place, waking up to that view is something I will never forget, it’s so beautiful! The view is like a post card! We were sad to leave. It’s bang in the middle too so everything you can walk to. Thank you for the most memorable honey moon! We will definitely come again.

Bet you can't find a unique accommodation like this. l like to describe it as a luxurious cabin in a royal cruiser with waves splashing on the windows. It's a unique experience even for seasoned travelers like us.

It was our first visit to St Ives, and a lovely short break. Beaches were lovely, great for swimming even in October, ad great for dog-walking. Plenty of great places to eat and relax, all pretty much on the doorstep. The apartment was just as described, if anything even better and even more stunningly beautiful than expected. We would definitely recommend it and we hope to come back before too long.

Wow! The Balcony Studio is a very special house and it’s clear how much thought and care the owners have put into its creation. The view - that is revealed at the flick of a switch from the expansive super king bed every morning - is spectacular, and to be so close to the water and the busy throng of the harbour is magical. Yet the house is also very peaceful as St Andrew’s Street is a quiet residential road. We never tired of simply sitting or lying and watching the world – on various water craft - pass by the window. The interior of the house is beautifully designed and it provides every convenience. The attention to detail is impressive - from the welcoming snacks and wine on arrival to the fully kitted out kitchen, body boards, windbreaks and Sonos sound system. The downstairs bathroom/spa, with its walkway level porthole, is absolutely stunning (be sure to close the blind as passing children do love to peak in!) and taking a bath in the William Holland Alvius is pure decadence!

The pictures don’t do the Balcony studio justice. It’s so beautifully styled and well kept. The view every morning from the balcony was just surreal and made it very hard to leave come the end of our stay. I want to live here!! Get yourself in that bathroom asap. Twin rain showers and that tub. Wow. Recommend! Recommend! Recommend!

It's hard not to give this place anything but 5 stars! the weekend was more than we could have asked for and that was thanks to such an amazing hub for us and the dogs. Every detail for the cottage had been well thought out and each area was used as intended again and again. Will be returning
