150 medium sized strides from back door to sand, St Eia Cottage is a traditional 4-storey granite built cottage in the oldest part of St Ives.  A minutes stroll from the harbour and all five beaches in the town it couldn’t be better situated for your holiday.

Retaining all of the charm of a ‘proper’ Cornish cottage with it’s exposed beams, stripped wooden flooring, traditional woodburner, column radiators and exposed granite throughout, it is a quintessential cottage that has all the mod cons and all the character retained.

Three bedrooms, one double and two twins (the third floor twin does lead off from the second floor twin in this property)

Main bathroom with freestanding roll top bath, wooden beams, large walk in modern shower.

A fully equipped kitchen including a double Belfast sink, stripped wooden flooring, dining table to seat 8, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, fridge freezer, 5 ring gas hob and electric oven.

Second bathroom with a shaving point, power shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Window seat and heated towel rail.

2 living rooms both seating 6 and both with 32” LCD TV’s. One with DVD Player.

NB. The double bedroom in St Eia does not allow for a travel cot to be errected.

Gas central heating throughout.

All electric/gas /water included in tariff.

Friday to Friday bookings.

Linen and towels provided.

A small well behaved dog could be considered on the ground floor with prior arrangement.
