Just a few strides (approximately 10!) from the sandy harbour beach and in a fabulous quiet but super central position, Pier Cottage is a very pretty four storey, traditional cottage situated in the Downalong.  Recently renovated to a high standard it offers spacious, light airy accommodation, whilst retaining all its charm with it’s exposed beams, granite stonework, and charming wooden window seats.

Literally a stones throw from the beach and pier, the cottage is extremely well equipped for 4/6 people.

Accommodation features

Two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both light and airy with exposed beams, window seats and sash windows. Both Bedrooms have 22" Flatscreen Television/DVD and i-pod docks.

Main bathroom with power shower over the bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

A fully equipped kitchen/dining room with sunken Belfast sink, tiled flooring, table and seating for 6, i-pod dock/Radio, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Living room with plenty of sofa space, open feature fire place (non operational), stripped wooden flooring, 32” LCD TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii.

Gas central heating throughout.
