This superb property is situated in the heart of St Ives' downalong, just a few steps along a cobbled lane from the harbour beach. Within minutes stroll of 4 beautiful sandy beaches, its owners have lovingly and stylishly created a unique cottage with hand crafted wooden furniture and fittings. The cottage has a stunning gallery room set in the roof with views over the harbour and beyond. Both of its bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, en-suite shower rooms, and bespoke painted wooden furniture.

Accommodation is very flexible, with the master bedroom having a day-bed suitable for an extra adult or child and a large, very comfortable sofa bed can also be made available for extra guests.

ACCOMMODATION FEATURES

2 bedrooms, one of which is a zip and lock bed that can be turned in to a twin, both with en-suite shower rooms.  The bedroom with the king size bed also has a superb day-bed to sleep an extra adult or child.

The roof top gallery room is a stunning and unique feature. Accessed from one of the bedrooms, it is an utterly charming place to sit and look over the roof tops to the harbour.

A fully equipped kitchen with hand cast granite work-tops, exposed original beams, large dining table to seat 6 (this can extend to seat further guests). Beautiful hand made kitchen units, all mod cons including washer dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric hob. Window seat with fully opening casement windows to sit and watch the world go by. 19" TV and this room benefits from underfloor heating.
