1 Tregenna Villas is a 150 year old cottage nestling in the heart of beautiful St Ives. The cottage has a cosy, traditional yet contemporary feel with stripped wood flooring and many original charming features throughout. A small and secluded outdoor space is located at the rear of the cottage.

Tregenna Villas enjoys magnificent views encompassing both the harbour and the whole of St Ives bay. It is only minutes stroll from all 4 of St Ives award winning, sandy beaches and a plethora of fantastic restaurants.

A private parking space is included in the price for Tregenna Villas. It is 80 yards from the cottage.

Well behaved dogs are permitted on the ground floor. (By Prior Arrangement)
