1 Tregenna Villas is a 150 year old cottage nestling the heart of beautiful St Ives. Recently refurbished, the cottage has a cosy, traditional yet contemporary feel with stripped wood flooring and many original charming features throughout.

Tregenna Villas enjoys magnificent views encompassing both the harbour and the whole of St Ives bay. It is only minutes stroll from all 4 of St Ives award winning, sandy beaches and a plethora of fantastic restaurants.

• Private parking space 50 yards away - bookable on a seperate basis (nearest public carpark - 250 yards)

N.B. Access to the shower in this cottage is restricted to 1'2" and may not be suitable for everyone.
