A few words about the Cottage Boutique

When trying to decide on a name for this venture I put the word boutique in to a search engine dictionary, it came up with the following:

"ANY SMALL, EXCLUSIVE BUSINESS OFFERING CUSTOMIZED SERVICE"

"A SMALL COMPANY THAT OFFERS HIGHLY SPECIALIZED SERVICES OR PRODUCTS"

I think this sums up my vision for this business perfectly. I do not intend to grow too large.  Instead I feel that remaining small will allow me to focus on what is really important. I aim to provide a service that is both personal and that stands out head and shoulders above the rest.

I was born in St Ives and am passionate about its charm and beauty. I want you to feel the way I do about this town, I want you to fall in love with it and to return time and time again. When staying in one of our cottages I aim to provide as bespoke a service as you demand. I aim to meet and greet all my guests and to welcome them to Cornwall with a smile. I can fill the fridge before you arrive, arrange a babysitter, book restaurants or boat trips for you or if you are arriving late have a cottage pie waiting in the fridge for you. I can do as little (or as much) as you need in order to make your stay a special one.

My ultimate aim is to ensure that you leave feeling rested, relaxed and inspired.
